Lovely night drive!

The chicken pit crowd went crazy^^ I can hear them chirping in lofi througout the track^^
Edit: ahaha no no! I mean the lofi sounds/arpeggio evoke the chicken, after you described your studio the other day^^ sorry for the confusion, the recordings are clean :D

Perfect track to summon proper springs season and melt all that snow^^
Seems like you had a lot of fun creating this track and it shows in the music!
Well done :)

Quarl responds:

Did I forget to mute some of the video? Damn... little chickens are in there and my old washed up ears didn't pick it up D:

I get the cheesy chord analogy, as in many musics, it often feels a bit too much and forced on the audience!
Just like when they pull the crying violin in the movie, in case you didn't know it's a sad part, and brandishing a panel "cry now plz" :)

Nonetheless, i have heard way cheesier songs and i find this one quite beautiful!
I'll indulge in cheesiness a bit, thank you^^

That bass and perc made me think of "susumu hirasawa". While i'm not a big fan of the bell part, the synth texture and droplets work well with the rest.
I liked the various brass, didn't think it was "too much" (or you could always downsample them) and despite their rythm sounding "programmed and robotic"; in this case, it fits the genre well.

I felt like exploring a sewer under a secret base, trying to avoid robotic rodents shooting laser from their eyes.

Very nice!

Pretty catchy

Sorry if i sound like an old record, but its as good as usual^^
Always a treat!

KrinnValKhristi responds:

Awwww thanks Daru! :)

Very nice track, is that a dulcimer?
Reminds me of Arcana.
I like that you tried to recreate the "simpler" sound of that era, minimal effects, melodies coming in and out quite harshly, because of midi limitations of the time.

SirSandman0 responds:

the instrument at the beginning is just a midi harp, but it does kind of sound like a dulcimer. Thanks for the feedback!

Mecha Giorgio Moroder goes hunting!

Fantastic soundscape!
Can feel the aftermath, but still being in the eye of the storm, with more problems on the horizon.

I like these kind of voxsynths, when they naturally start detuning, they really create eerie and beautiful reverbs, and are so fun to play with.
The whispering lamenting voices here and there integrate well.
Did you do that "demon" voice? Good job!

LD-W responds:

Yep! My own voice which has been reversed + ran through FreakshowIndustries Dumpster Fire

Salut, I create music and cg. Enjoy!
